At the Navigatr Group, we are experiencing an exciting period of rapid growth. Our organization encompasses a diverse family of brands, including Kensington Tours, Travel Edge, TripArc, and Ensemble, and we are dedicated to shaping the future of the travel industry. We believe that our success is built on the people we bring into our fold, and we are looking for a passionate professional to help us find the talent that will drive our mission forward.
The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Canada. In this role, you will act as a key partner for one of our specific divisions, taking ownership of the recruitment lifecycle while supporting our broader talent objectives. You will be the face of our company to prospective employees, ensuring that every candidate has a positive experience while working closely with our internal hiring managers to meet their staffing needs. We need someone who is entrepreneurial and creative, someone who can think outside the box to attract the best talent in a fast-paced environment.
A day in the life
- You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying and screening potential candidates through headhunting and networking to presenting offers and collaborating with HR Business Partners.
- You will serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our career opportunities through social media and community partnerships to build a robust pipeline of future talent.
- You will optimize our recruitment processes by tracking key performance indicators, managing reports, and evaluating our selection criteria to ensure we are following industry best practices.
Who you are
You are a seasoned recruitment professional who thrives in a collaborative, low-ego environment. You possess a university or college degree and have a proven track record in talent acquisition, ideally within the travel or technology sectors. Your ability to manage stakeholder expectations is second to none, and you are comfortable navigating a pivoting, fast-paced workplace. You are highly organized and proficient with MS Office and applicant tracking systems, and you bring a disciplined, ownership-oriented mindset to everything you do. Fluency in English is required, and experience with GDS systems like Sabre or Amadeus is considered a significant asset.
Why you'll love it here
Joining our team means becoming part of a company that values innovation and collaboration. We are a group that works hard but keeps a good sense of humor, and we offer a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on the growth of our various travel divisions. We are deeply committed to an inclusive hiring process and provide employment accommodation in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. If you need support at any stage of your application, please let us know.
