We are currently looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in France. In this role, you will help us attract top-tier talent and shape our employer brand as we continue our global growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions, from initial sourcing to final offer negotiation.
- Create and execute creative sourcing strategies across various channels, including professional networks and referral programs, to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Act as a brand ambassador by engaging with potential talent, managing our employer branding presence, and collaborating on transversal projects like onboarding and tool optimization.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a demonstrated ability to hire successfully across various departments.
- Strong background in partnering with senior leadership to influence and refine recruitment strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to navigate a multicultural environment. Proficiency in French is highly valued.
- Proven ability to organize, structure, and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambitious setting.
