The opportunity
We are searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us as the first person in this role. You will focus specifically on our product and tech departments, acting as a key player in our growth. Based in Vienna or Berlin with the option for hybrid work, you will have the autonomy to build our recruitment processes from the ground up. This is a unique chance to define our employer brand and attract top-tier talent to our dynamic startup environment.
A day in the life
- You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes everything from sourcing and initial screenings to final interviews and onboarding.
- You will partner closely with our hiring managers to understand their specific needs and craft compelling job descriptions that attract the right people.
- You will actively develop and implement new recruitment strategies to ensure we are connecting with the best product and tech talent in the industry.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of how to find and engage talent in a fast-paced environment. You possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, specifically within the product and tech sectors.
- A proven history of successfully hiring in dynamic, high-growth settings.
- Strong proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent English communication skills, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with both candidates and internal team members.
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems with a proactive mindset.
