As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in an on-site capacity. What you'll be doing
- You will partner closely with our hiring managers to identify staffing needs, craft effective job descriptions, and build successful recruitment strategies.
- You will actively source and engage high-quality candidates through diverse channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to coordinating final meetings with our leadership team and maintaining our applicant tracking system.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in recruitment and a desire to help us grow. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the healthcare, biotech, or life sciences sectors.
- A solid understanding of modern recruitment strategies, best practices, and HR software, including applicant tracking systems.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
What you'll get
