We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team for a six-month contract. As one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies globally, we provide AI-powered learning software to over 3,000 customers, including industry leaders like Netflix, AWS, and L’Oreal.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our global team to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various internal and external roles.
- Source and pipeline top-tier talent across Canada, the US, and EMEA.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews while ensuring a high-quality experience for every applicant.
- Manage the offer process and provide administrative support for scheduling and coordination.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline updates within our ATS, Lever.
- Draft talent-related communications, including offer and promotion letters.
- Stay informed on current hiring, retention, and sourcing trends to support ongoing HR projects.
Must-haves
- 1 to 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment within a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong proficiency in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn and advanced boolean search techniques.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system like Lever.
- Technologically savvy with a high level of comfort using Google Suite and Slack.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Strong communication skills and a self-driven, innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English.
