About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a full-time, mid-level capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to support our mission. You will work within a remote-first environment, collaborating with colleagues across the globe to ensure we continue to grow our team with the best people in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technology and consulting positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective talent attraction strategies.
- Maintain high standards for the candidate experience by providing consistent communication and support throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in global talent acquisition, specifically within the IT technology or consulting sectors.
- Demonstrate proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other essential recruitment tools.
- Maintain exceptional English communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across different regions.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EMEA region and the ability to adapt recruitment strategies across different cultures.
