About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a full-time, mid-level capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to support our mission. You will work within a remote-first environment, collaborating with colleagues across the globe to ensure we continue to grow our team with the best people in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technology and consulting positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective talent attraction strategies.
• Maintain high standards for the candidate experience by providing consistent communication and support throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in global talent acquisition, specifically within the IT technology or consulting sectors.
• Demonstrate proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other essential recruitment tools.
• Maintain exceptional English communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across different regions.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EMEA region and the ability to adapt recruitment strategies across different cultures.
