Talent Acquisition Specialist at Brindley Engineering

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. Our organization focuses on building a technically advanced workforce, and we rely on our recruitment team to identify and secure the high-caliber professionals necessary to meet our ambitious business goals. In this role, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to refine our hiring strategies and represent our brand to the broader professional community.

Key outcomes

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with our overarching business objectives.
• Proactively source candidates through social media, professional networks, and job boards to maintain a strong pipeline.
• Manage our applicant tracking system and ensure all recruitment documentation remains accurate and compliant with employment laws.
• Conduct thorough resume screenings and initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific team needs and facilitate the interview process.
• Represent our company at industry events and university career fairs to strengthen our employer brand.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and labor market data to provide insights that improve our hiring efficiency.
• Prepare offer letters and manage candidate communication throughout the entire hiring lifecycle.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a sourcer, ideally within a small to mid-sized company in the consulting or technical sectors.
• Strong proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A deep understanding of recruitment best practices and current industry trends.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
