Key outcomes

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to guiding candidates through our interview process.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-through with all applicants.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop effective, holistic recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate interactions between candidates and internal hiring managers.
• Prepare recruitment status reports and utilize data-driven insights to optimize our hiring funnel.
• Create compelling job descriptions for both internal and external use.
• Support the management of our employee referral program and ensure data hygiene within our ATS.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in fields such as Business, Management, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or English, with a GPA above 3.4.
• Previous experience through part-time jobs, summer roles, or internships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort leading conversations with new contacts.
• Analytical and research capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent time and project management skills.
• Professionalism, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience in a recruiting role.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Lever or Greenhouse.
