Key outcomes
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to guiding candidates through our interview process.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-through with all applicants.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop effective, holistic recruiting strategies.
- Coordinate interactions between candidates and internal hiring managers.
- Prepare recruitment status reports and utilize data-driven insights to optimize our hiring funnel.
- Create compelling job descriptions for both internal and external use.
- Support the management of our employee referral program and ensure data hygiene within our ATS.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in fields such as Business, Management, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or English, with a GPA above 3.4.
- Previous experience through part-time jobs, summer roles, or internships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort leading conversations with new contacts.
- Analytical and research capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent time and project management skills.
- Professionalism, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in a recruiting role.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Lever or Greenhouse.
