The role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Spain on a temporary basis. This is a mid-level position that functions within a hybrid work environment. You will play a vital role in our growth by identifying and attracting the creative and technical talent needed to support our ambitious production goals.

Core responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience.
• Build and maintain a robust network of potential talent through proactive research, outreach, and strategic networking.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of our various departments and ensure our staffing needs are met in alignment with production schedules.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience recruiting within the 3D animation, VFX, or video game industries.
• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Proven experience in Recruitment 2.0 and a track record of hiring candidates on a global scale.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to connect effectively with diverse talent and internal stakeholders.
