What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Slovakia, you will work in a hybrid environment to help us find the hidden gems that will take our operations to the next level. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Scouting for top talent across the EMEA region, ranging from warehouse managers to executive roles.
• Designing a seamless and memorable recruitment experience that keeps candidates engaged from the first hello to the final offer.
• Developing creative sourcing strategies through social media, referrals, and networking to attract high-quality candidates.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in Human Resources and recruitment. We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the logistics or supply chain sectors. You must be tech-savvy and comfortable navigating ATS systems to manage your workflow efficiently. We value candidates who are creative, forward-thinking, and possess excellent communication skills. You are required to be fluent in English, and proficiency in German is highly desirable to help us connect with a broader talent pool. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is expected, along with a proactive attitude toward solving complex hiring challenges.
