The opportunity
In this role, you will serve as a vital member of our HR team, acting as a key influencer in our growth and evolution. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process for your assigned requisitions, ensuring that we bring in the right talent to meet our strategic objectives. This is a senior-level position that goes beyond simple hiring. You will be responsible for workforce planning, building a robust network of technical professionals, and championing a candidate experience that reflects our values from the very first conversation through the final onboarding steps.
A day in the life
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles, while developing innovative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on workforce forecasting and talent planning to ensure our hiring efforts align with current operational goals.
- Represent our firm at campus engagement events and industry gatherings to promote early professional opportunities and build our brand among the next generation of talent.
Who you are
You are a seasoned recruiting professional with five to ten years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition. You possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. You are highly organized, professional, and comfortable navigating the shifting priorities of a dynamic environment. You are fluent in English and bring a high level of proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Teams, and various ATS and HRIS platforms. Experience sourcing for architecture or engineering talent is considered a significant advantage, as is a background in managing regional or national recruitment efforts.
