The Navigatr Group is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. We operate across several exciting divisions, including Kensington Tours, Travel Edge, TripArc, and Ensemble, and we invite you to help us shape the future of our workforce.
What you bring
In this full-time, on-site role based in Canada, you will serve as a key partner in our recruitment efforts. Your primary goal is to identify top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless experience for both our candidates and internal hiring managers. You will be expected to:
- Execute comprehensive recruitment search mandates for our various travel and technology divisions.
- Build and maintain a robust network of candidates through creative sourcing, headhunting, and community engagement.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination, offer presentations, and reporting on key performance indicators.
Requirements
We are looking for a senior-level professional who possesses a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. You should hold a university or college degree and have a proven background in talent acquisition, ideally within the travel or technology sectors. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Office is essential, and experience with GDS platforms like Sabre or Amadeus is highly valued. We thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, so we look for candidates who are disciplined, take ownership of their work, and maintain a low-ego, team-oriented approach. You must be fluent in English and capable of managing stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced, pivoting work environment.
What we offer
We are proud of our collaborative culture and the opportunities we provide for professional growth within the Navigatr Group. While we do not have specific salary figures to disclose at this time, we offer a supportive environment where your contributions are recognized and valued. We are also committed to inclusivity and provide employment accommodation in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act throughout our hiring process.
How to Apply
If you are a creative and organized recruiter who is excited about the prospect of joining our team, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application to be considered for this opportunity. If you require any specific accommodations due to a disability during the application or interview stages, please let us know so we can provide the necessary support.
