Talent Acquisition Specialist at SBE

We are currently looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us continue our growth.

Role at a glance

This is a full-time, mid-level position based on-site at our headquarters in Sint-Niklaas. You will be joining a close-knit team of four HR colleagues to manage our recruitment needs and support our hiring managers. This is a temporary role, running from January 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026.

Your impact

• You will partner with internal stakeholders to define hiring needs and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions to sourcing top-tier talent.
• You will guide candidates through every step of the process, including pre-screening, interviews, and onboarding, ensuring they feel supported from their first contact until they are fully integrated into the team.
• You will champion our employer brand by organizing company visits, launching recruitment campaigns, and finding creative ways to connect with potential future colleagues.

What you'll need

• A Bachelor’s degree in a human-centric field and 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in digital recruitment tools, including ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, with a strong command of English and French.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to handle administrative tasks with precision and a genuine passion for building great teams.
• Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques and employer branding strategies.
