About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will be responsible for executing recruitment mandates across our various divisions while providing essential support to our wider talent team. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that both our internal hiring managers and prospective candidates have a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage top-tier talent through diverse sourcing methods, including headhunting, networking, and leveraging social media to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Manage the full recruitment process, which includes coordinating interviews, presenting offers, and collaborating closely with HR Business Partners to meet hiring goals.
- Maintain recruitment scorecards and KPIs, while continuously optimizing our research tools and selection criteria to align with industry best practices.
Requirements
- A university or college degree is required.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within the travel or technology sectors, using a variety of assessment and selection strategies.
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Office, with a preference for candidates who have experience with GDS platforms like Sabre or Amadeus.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pivoting work environment.
- A team-oriented, disciplined mindset with a low-ego approach and a good sense of humor.

This position is based in Canada.
