Role at a glance
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based on-site in France. You will be instrumental in fueling our hyper-growth by identifying and attracting the best talent to help us achieve our ambitious goals.
Your impact
- Sourcing excellence: You will build a robust, multi-channel pipeline by actively hunting for top-tier candidates and managing inbound applications to ensure we have the right people for our business teams.
- Candidate experience: You will own the screening and coaching process, ensuring every candidate receives a fast, objective, and high-quality experience while you act as a brand ambassador for Agicap.
- Operational strategy: You will refine our recruitment processes, manage performance reporting, and contribute to our employer branding efforts to keep us at the forefront of the market.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities and skills:
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English.
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically focusing on business roles.
- A hunter mindset with the drive to prospect on platforms like LinkedIn and achieve ambitious hiring goals.
