Recruiter Society is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team and help us fill a high volume of open positions for major clients like Wells Fargo, Bayer, and American Greetings. We specialize in placing professionals and executives across diverse sectors including IT, finance, healthcare, and hospitality, and we currently have over 150 active work orders ready for your expertise.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging job advertisements to attract top talent.
- Connect with candidates through email, social media, and various job boards.
- Manage the end to end hiring process, including coordinating and conducting interviews.
- Cultivate and maintain long term relationships with qualified candidates to ensure a strong pipeline.
- Adhere to our established recruitment practices and participate in virtual training sessions three to four times per week.
Must-haves
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer tasks, including web browsing, email, and typing.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter while remaining comfortable collaborating with a team.
- Fluency in English.
- A commitment to working at least 20 hours per week.
