What you'll be doing
- You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for medical providers and office staff, ensuring that our hiring needs are met efficiently.
- You will oversee a portfolio of open job requisitions and serve as the main point of contact for external recruiters involved in our hiring process.
- You will develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans while maintaining precise candidate records within our applicant tracking system.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for healthcare. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience managing a full-cycle recruitment program, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Proven project management skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to see initiatives through to completion.
- Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to provide top-tier customer service to candidates and build strong, strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll get
