What you bring
We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in building our workforce by finding the right people to support our clinical and operational goals. You will focus on the following core responsibilities:
- Developing and executing creative sourcing strategies to identify passive talent through online research and networking.
- Screening resumes and evaluating candidates to ensure they align with our company culture and specific role requirements.
- Collaborating with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to build robust pipelines for critical clinical and technical positions.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, ideally within the healthcare sector. We value candidates who are comfortable using applicant tracking systems and HR databases to keep our hiring process organized. You should be proficient in modern sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search methods and social media recruiting. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be the first point of contact for many potential team members. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, and you must be fluent in English.
