Position Details:
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at MedElite, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists to develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at attracting qualified candidates across various roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare recruitment and thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation and excellence are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates through online channels, networking, and research.
- Screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications and fit for MedElite’s culture and values.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Build strong talent pools for critical roles in healthcare (Nurse Practitioners), clinical services, technology, and more.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and initial engagement process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search methods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with candidates effectively.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 base salary
