What you bring

We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will be a vital partner in our growth, helping us identify and attract the best talent to support our clinical and operational goals. You will focus on building robust pipelines and ensuring that every potential candidate has a positive experience with our brand.

• You will proactively identify passive candidates using advanced research, networking, and online sourcing techniques.
• You will collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies for a variety of critical roles.
• You will manage and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs, specifically focusing on building pools for clinical services and technology positions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position brings 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally within the healthcare sector. You should be comfortable navigating applicant tracking systems and HR databases to keep our processes organized. We value candidates who possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with potential hires. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. You should be proficient in English and demonstrate a high level of comfort with modern sourcing tools, such as Boolean search methods and social media recruiting. We are looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer
