We utilize a specialized, data-driven model that allows us to treat residents in place, which significantly improves health outcomes while optimizing resources for our partners. By coordinating a sophisticated network of specialty clinicians and advanced practice providers, we bring proactive, high-quality care directly to the bedside. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis and help us continue our mission of redefining senior care.
Key outcomes
- Identify and engage passive candidates by leveraging advanced research, networking, and online sourcing channels.
- Evaluate resumes to ensure candidates align with our organizational culture and specific role requirements.
- Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and clarify position needs.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term growth.
- Cultivate high-quality talent pools for essential clinical roles, including Nurse Practitioners, as well as technology and service positions.
- Provide a seamless and positive experience for all candidates during the initial engagement phase.
- Monitor industry trends and recruitment best practices to consistently enhance our sourcing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in talent sourcing or a related recruitment function, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in modern sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search methods and social media recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with potential talent.
- Strong project management capabilities to handle multiple sourcing priorities at once.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR database management.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $75,000. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
