What is this role?
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience who is eager to help us find the best talent in the healthcare industry. You will be a key player in our recruitment process, helping us connect with the professionals who make our mission possible.
What will you do?
- You will use creative research and networking techniques to find passive candidates who are a great match for our clinical and corporate needs.
- You will work alongside our Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to build effective strategies for filling critical roles.
- You will manage candidate pipelines and screen resumes to ensure every person we engage has a positive experience with MedElite.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable navigating Applicant Tracking Systems and using Boolean search methods to find top-tier talent. We value candidates who have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be the first point of contact for many potential team members. A background in healthcare recruitment is highly preferred, and having a bachelor's degree in a field like Human Resources or Business Administration will certainly help you hit the ground running.
