Role at a glance
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience who is eager to grow their career in healthcare recruiting. You will be based in the United States, working alongside our specialists to find the best talent to support our clinical and operational goals.
Your impact
- You will proactively identify and engage passive candidates using advanced research, networking, and online sourcing techniques.
- You will partner with our hiring managers and recruiters to build robust talent pipelines for critical roles, including Nurse Practitioners and clinical staff.
- You will manage the initial candidate experience by screening resumes and ensuring every potential hire understands the unique value of joining MedElite.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a strong communicator who is comfortable navigating the fast-paced world of healthcare recruitment. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Professional experience in talent sourcing, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, HR databases, and modern sourcing methods like Boolean search.
- Excellent project management skills to juggle multiple hiring needs at once.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English.
