We operate our own portfolio of brands that you can find in major retailers like Walmart, Nordstrom, and Amazon, and we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our remote team and help us continue our rapid expansion.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level roles, which requires proactive sourcing and a deep understanding of complex, specialized positions.
- You will act as a brand ambassador by sharing our unique culture and growth opportunities with candidates, while partnering closely with department leaders to define hiring needs and lead kickoff meetings.
- You will track recruitment metrics, provide regular status updates to stakeholders, and use data-driven insights to refine our hiring strategies and overcome obstacles.
What you'll bring
- You have at least 4 years of experience as a recruiter specializing in tech or marketing, with a proven ability to source and select talent for challenging roles.
- You are comfortable working within an agile framework, utilizing KPIs and OKRs to drive your performance and support a mindset of continuous improvement.
- You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate recruitment data into actionable strategy changes.
- You are a curious, detail-oriented communicator who balances a sense of urgency with the ability to listen critically and ask the right questions.
- You are fluent in English and thrive as a positive, collaborative team player.
