We are currently seeing significant growth across our Correspondent Lending and Consumer Direct divisions, and we are looking for a talented professional to join our team in Westlake Village, Irvine, or Dallas to help us find the people who will drive our ongoing success.

What you bring

We are looking for a Senior level professional to join us in a Full Time capacity. This role is on-site, and you will be instrumental in our Human Resources and Recruiting efforts. Your daily contributions will focus on the following areas:

• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes crafting job descriptions, developing sourcing strategies with hiring leaders, qualifying candidates, and guiding the offer and onboarding stages.
• Building strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure you stay informed about their evolving business needs and staffing requirements.
• Proactively sourcing passive candidates through diverse channels such as NMLS, industry events, job fairs, and professional networking sites to maintain a robust talent pipeline.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Candidate Sourcing. We value candidates who have a deep understanding of Compliance and who are committed to applying best practices in accordance with federal and state regulations. You must be proficient in English and comfortable using applicant tracking systems, specifically Taleo, to manage and document candidate activity. As this position supports our offices in California and Texas, you should be prepared to travel as needed to meet our staffing goals.
