We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition & Performance Lead to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will sit at the heart of our growth, owning our hiring strategy and shaping how we define and develop high performance as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead our end-to-end hiring strategy, managing the full lifecycle from proactive sourcing and structured assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Design and implement our performance framework, including remuneration, career progression, and feedback rituals, while coaching managers to foster high-performing teams.
- Act as an AI role model for our people operations by identifying opportunities to automate workflows and elevating our employer brand within the insurtech ecosystem.
Requirements
We are looking for a senior-level professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within high-accountability organizations or startups.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable hiring strategies and organizational design.
- Expertise in modern recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, and Metaview, alongside a deep professional network.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and hiring managers.
- A solid understanding of performance management and people processes, with a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach to leadership.
