• Use candidate and hiring manager feedback to continuously close process and experience gaps.

• Apply a commercial mindset to engage and excite top candidates about opportunities at bunq.

• Collaborate closely with the Employer Branding team to support recruitment events, social content, and campaigns that elevate awareness and consideration.

• Deep understanding of the AI and tech landscape — including roles, tech stacks, talent markets, and emerging trends.

• Proven experience managing high-volume hiring across technical and business functions while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Strong partnership mindset — able to collaborate closely with hiring managers, understand their needs, and design creative, tailored hiring strategies.

• Comfortable using market data and candidate insights to shape hiring strategies, optimize pipelines, and improve performance.

• Track record of supporting employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to attract and engage target audiences.

• Commercial and data-driven thinker who can influence decisions with insights, metrics, and a clear understanding of business priorities.
