The role
We are searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Bulgaria, where you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce. You will be responsible for driving our hiring strategy and ensuring that we continue to attract top-tier talent that aligns with our fast-paced, mission-driven culture.
Core responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, managing everything from initial sourcing to the final signed offer.
- Maintain high standards of efficiency and transparency by managing candidate pipelines through our ATS and utilizing data to optimize our processes.
- Partner with our Employer Branding team to create impactful recruitment campaigns, social content, and events that highlight why bunq is a great place to build a career.
Skills and experience
- A deep understanding of the current tech and AI landscape, including knowledge of emerging trends, specific tech stacks, and global talent markets.
- Proven experience managing high-volume hiring across both technical and business functions without sacrificing quality or stakeholder satisfaction.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to use market insights and metrics to influence hiring decisions and improve overall performance.
- Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative approach to building relationships with hiring managers.
