Take Ownership:
Own the entire recruiting cycle, from sourcing to signed offer.
Manage candidate pipelines efficiently through our ATS, ensuring accuracy, momentum, and transparency.
Use candidate and hiring manager feedback to continuously close process and experience gaps.
Apply a commercial mindset to engage and excite top candidates about opportunities at bunq.
Collaborate closely with the Employer Branding team to support recruitment events, social content, and campaigns that elevate awareness and consideration.
Deep understanding of the AI and tech landscape — including roles, tech stacks, talent markets, and emerging trends.
Proven experience managing high-volume hiring across technical and business functions while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Strong partnership mindset — able to collaborate closely with hiring managers, understand their needs, and design creative, tailored hiring strategies.
Comfortable using market data and candidate insights to shape hiring strategies, optimize pipelines, and improve performance.
Track record of supporting employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to attract and engage target audiences.
Commercial and data-driven thinker who can influence decisions with insights, metrics, and a clear understanding of business priorities.
