Talent Acquisition Partner at Synapticure

At Synapticure, we were founded by patients and caregivers to provide instant access to expert neurologists, clinical trials, and comprehensive care coordination. We are currently looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team as our first in-house recruiter. This is a full-time, remote role available to candidates located anywhere.

What you bring

As a Senior-level professional, you will serve as the internal engine for our hiring operations. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our General and Administrative, Technology, and Operations teams. Your daily responsibilities will include the following:

• Executing the end-to-end hiring process, from the initial role kickoff to the final offer stage.
• Developing creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier passive talent through specialized networks and direct outreach.
• Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and manage feedback loops to ensure high hiring velocity.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 4 to 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally featuring a mix of high-growth agency and in-house roles. You should be comfortable working in a remote-first startup environment where you can operate independently without the need for a dedicated sourcer or coordinator. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and remote collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom is essential. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter who possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence hiring managers effectively. While not mandatory, experience in digital health or recruiting for clinical roles is highly valued. You must be fluent in English to succeed in this role.
