We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Canada. Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for our Sales and GTM teams, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers to identify and attract top-tier talent.
• Manage the entire candidate experience, from initial sourcing and interviewing to scheduling, debriefs, and offer negotiations.
• Drive special projects related to employer branding, organizational development, and process optimization to ensure we continue to scale effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a mid-level talent acquisition role, specifically with a focus on hiring for GTM-related positions like Account Executives, SDRs, and Demand Generation.
• A consultative and collaborative mindset, with the ability to advise on talent management and change management initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a champion of our unique company culture throughout the interview process.
• Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment is highly preferred.
• Comfortable using modern recruiting tools, such as Lever, Sapling, Pave, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
