About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position where you will play a vital role in identifying, screening, and hiring top-tier talent for both our technical and non-technical teams. You will act as a strategic advisor to our hiring managers, helping to define requirements and streamline our recruitment processes to ensure we attract the best candidates in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical and non-technical roles.
- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies that reach both active and passive candidates.
- Maintain data integrity within our ATS, specifically Greenhouse, while focusing on key recruitment metrics to optimize our hiring performance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 3 years of successful recruiting experience, preferably within an in-house team at a fast-growing tech company.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques using tools such as Google, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- A Master’s degree in any discipline.
- A hands-on, team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Location
This position is based in Massy, France, and operates under a hybrid work model.
