The opportunity
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in India. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to our hiring managers, helping them navigate the complexities of finding top-tier talent. You will be the face of our company to prospective employees, ensuring that every candidate who interacts with us has a memorable and positive experience. By focusing on both recruitment and employer branding, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our workforce and maintaining our high standards of excellence.
A day in the life
- You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to the final onboarding of new team members.
- You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, providing market insights and developing tailored strategies to attract the right people.
- You will actively build and nurture a pipeline of high-quality candidates by leveraging professional networks, referrals, and advanced sourcing techniques.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the Indian technical market. You thrive in fast-paced, international environments and possess the following qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience working as a Technical Recruiter.
- Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems and modern sourcing methods, such as Boolean search.
- The ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex job requirements clearly.
- Fluency in English, allowing you to connect effectively with diverse teams.
