The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global team. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to our Finance, Marketing, and Commercial departments. You will own the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that we bring the best talent into our organization while maintaining an exceptional experience for every candidate. This is a hybrid role based in our London office, where you will be expected to work on-site at least two days each week.

A day in the life

• You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from conducting initial intake meetings with hiring managers to extending offers and coordinating the onboarding process.
• You will serve as a subject matter expert for your stakeholders, providing valuable insights on market trends, compensation, and talent availability to help guide their hiring strategies.
• You will utilize data and creative sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of candidates, ensuring that our hiring practices remain inclusive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals.

Who you are

You are a seasoned recruiting professional with at least five years of experience in fast-paced, global environments, including a minimum of three years working in-house. You pride yourself on being a trusted advisor who can communicate effectively with senior leadership and candidates alike. You are comfortable working autonomously, you have a sharp eye for data-driven improvements, and you are fluent in English. Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System is essential, and a creative mindset is a must as we continue to grow our team.
