In this role, you will proactively manage the recruitment process, working closely with business leaders to attract and hire the best candidates for our commercial and finance functions.

You will be part of an established global TA team comprising both technical and non-technical recruiters. What You Will Do
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and execute the entire recruitment process for roles within our Tech and Product functions.
- Consultative Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers, People Partners, and Finance Partners to share industry trends, compensation insights, and competitor updates.
- Educate Hiring Managers: Provide guidance on best practices, recruitment strategies, and process improvements to enhance their hiring practices.
- End-to-End Process Management: Manage all aspects of the hiring process, including writing job advertisements, posting ads, sourcing and screening candidates, arranging interviews, and extending job offers.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – SmartRecruiters.
- Support DEI: Promote and support Cint’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in projects with the TA team to implement process changes that enhance our ability to identify and attract talent.
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Analyze your performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for development, and share these insights with the team.
