We are thrilled to invite you to join Cint, a global leader in the insights industry, as a Talent Acquisition Partner. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role where you will play a vital part in our success by helping us attract and hire exceptional people for our R&D, Tech, and Product teams. You will be joining an established, collaborative global team that values shared knowledge and constant improvement. What you'll be doing
- You will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for our Tech and Product functions, handling everything from drafting job advertisements and sourcing candidates to conducting screenings, managing interviews, and extending final offers.
- You will act as a consultative partner to our business leaders, People Partners, and Finance teams by providing valuable insights on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity.
- You will utilize data analysis to track your performance metrics, sharing these insights with the team to identify strengths and opportunities for growth while maintaining our Applicant Tracking System, SmartRecruiters.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in recruitment and talent management. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with a focus on technical and product-based roles.
- A proactive approach to partnership and management, with the ability to educate and guide hiring managers on best practices and effective recruitment strategies.
- A commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and a willingness to contribute to process improvements within our global TA function.
- Professional fluency in English to communicate effectively across our global organization.
- Strong analytical skills to support data-driven storytelling and continuous improvement initiatives.
