What is this role?
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is a mid-level position based in the United States. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, helping us evolve our recruitment function while managing the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of roles across the organization.
What will you do?
- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations, all while ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
- Consult with hiring managers to structure effective interview processes and ensure we are consistently bringing high-quality talent into the company.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for building teams. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare recruiting.
- Proficiency with electronic applicant tracking systems, specifically Greenhouse.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels.
- A high degree of organization, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in English.
