The role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position designed for a motivated professional who is ready to take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle. You will work closely with our hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent, ensuring that every new hire is set up for long-term success within our organization.
Core responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet our hiring objectives and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Focus on securing candidates who not only excel in their specific roles but also contribute to long-term employee retention across our portfolio companies.
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent, ensuring we are always prepared for our most critical hiring needs.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in recruitment and a commitment to process-driven problem solving. We require the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house environments.
- Proven success recruiting for mid to senior level roles within the software or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and data to drive the recruiting process.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to everyone from peers to executive leadership.
- A disciplined, detail-oriented approach to time management and cross-functional collaboration.
It is a plus if you have experience with pre-employment assessments or leveraging AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency.
