What is this role?
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This is a mid-level position perfect for someone who is proactive, organized, and eager to make a significant impact on our hiring success. What will you do?
- Take charge of the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing and screening candidates through social media, job boards, and professional referrals.
- Collaborate closely with our IT team leaders and the broader People team to forecast hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the administrative side of hiring by coordinating interviews, drafting job postings, handling salary negotiations, and ensuring all new hires have a smooth onboarding experience.
