We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our team in Tokyo on a contractor basis. You will play a vital role in our growing talent acquisition team by ensuring our hiring processes are efficient, professional, and welcoming for every candidate.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, which includes coordinating schedules, facilitating video interviews, and overseeing offer management.
- Maintain the integrity of our applicant tracking system and ensure all job postings are accurate and up to date.
- Support the onboarding experience by scheduling and participating in sessions for new team members to ensure a smooth transition into our company.
Requirements
- You should have one to two years of professional experience in talent coordination or human resources.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese is required for this role.
- We prefer candidates who have previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- You must be a solution-oriented professional who is reliable and capable of anticipating the needs of both our hiring managers and candidates.
- The ability to travel for company events or off-site meetings is necessary when required.
