Our community is growing, and so is the impact of our work to empower and unleash people. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to help us attract and acquire key talent for our rapidly growing philanthropic community.

Our Talent Acquisition team supports the entire Stand Together community in finding and engaging with exceptional talent, talent that will help us meet our business goals and drive change where people need it most.
As the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you’ll partner with our executive teams, hiring managers, and talent acquisition teams to bring operational rigor to all or our talent processes and provide a stellar experience to candidates. You will lead a team of talent coordinators to improve and develop new programs, establish processes that allow us to scale, and evaluate systems and tools to ensure we have the right applications in place.
