What you bring
As our Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you will play a senior role in shaping how we attract and hire the talent needed to fuel our philanthropic mission. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United States. You will be responsible for bringing operational rigor to our recruitment processes and ensuring a world-class experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of recruiting coordinators to ensure seamless scheduling and high-quality candidate interactions.
- Evaluating and improving our existing talent acquisition systems, tools, and workflows to ensure we can scale effectively.
- Managing our ATS, specifically Lever, while maintaining high standards for data hygiene and providing insightful reporting to leadership.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations within a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with a strong background in project management and change management, as you will be responsible for implementing new frameworks and technologies. You must be highly proficient with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various scheduling platforms. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem solver who can synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations. You should be comfortable leading teams, possess excellent documentation skills, and demonstrate the flexibility to thrive in an entrepreneurial culture. Fluency in English is required for this role.
