Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based out of our Walnut Creek, Burlingame, or San Jose offices. Please note that this is not a remote or hybrid role.
Your impact
- Manage our full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, prescreening candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending formal job offers.
- Take ownership of our Applicant Tracking System to ensure efficient candidate management and data integrity.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to design and implement forward-thinking talent acquisition strategies that support our rapid expansion.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in human resources and recruitment. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional recruiting experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and graphic design tools to assist with branding and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a self-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with diverse sourcing strategies are considered significant assets.
