As we look to double our team size by the end of the year, we are searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help us scale effectively while strengthening our unique culture.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, acting as a trusted advisor to the business from the initial intake meeting through to candidate acceptance.
- Develop and execute robust talent pipelines by leveraging strategic sourcing, networking, and creative outreach to engage both passive and active candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the marketing team to refine our employer branding and lead People and Culture projects, such as process improvements and hiring manager training.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within technology scale-ups or diverse organizations.
- Advanced knowledge of modern Applicant Tracking Systems and a proven ability to leverage them for efficiency.
- A strategic mindset regarding sourcing, including the use of social media and professional networks to identify top talent.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with both senior executives and candidates.
- A builder mentality, meaning you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking the initiative to establish new processes.
- A passion for People Operations and a commitment to creating an exceptional candidate experience.
Bonus points if you have experience with the Lever ATS, the Topgrading methodology, or professional proficiency in Spanish or French.
