Role at a glance

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a lead-level position based in Japan, and you will enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.

Your impact

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, with a heavy emphasis on direct sourcing to find top-tier talent.
  • Design and execute smart recruitment strategies that prioritize a balance of speed, high quality, and cost-efficiency to meet our organizational OKRs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for TX, fostering deep relationships with prospective candidates and building a robust, long-term talent pool that aligns with our vision.

What you'll need

To thrive in this role, you should bring a strong background in technical recruiting and a passion for organizational growth. We are looking for the following:

  • Proven experience recruiting engineers, whether you have worked within an operating company or a recruitment agency.
  • A track record of managing the entire hiring process independently, from initial outreach and pipeline building to complex offer negotiations.
  • The ability to represent our mission, culture, and values authentically to candidates.
  • Fluency in Japanese is essential, as you will need to build relationships and negotiate terms with candidates who speak only Japanese.
  • Strong proficiency in English to collaborate effectively within our team.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with international hiring and bringing talent in from abroad.
  • A genuine connection to the vision and principles of TX, with the drive to embody them in everything you do.
