Role at a glance
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Germany. This is an internship opportunity designed for a student in the final stages of their degree who is eager to learn the ropes of recruiting in a fast-paced scale-up environment. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing remote flexibility with team collaboration.
Your impact
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline while managing incoming applications and conducting screening interviews to assess talent.
- Utilize LinkedIn to actively source and engage top-tier professionals, specifically focusing on our Sales and Customer Success departments.
- Monitor your recruiting performance through weekly reporting and participate in feedback sessions to refine your strategy and meet hiring goals.
What you'll need
- Fluency in English at a C1 level, with German language skills considered a significant advantage.
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program, ideally nearing completion.
- Previous experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, preferably within a dynamic or high-growth setting.
- A structured, precise, and empathetic approach to communication and stakeholder management.
- A strong drive to achieve goals and a genuine desire to contribute to the growth of our team.
