About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join us on a full-time basis. This mid-level role is essential to our growth, as you will be responsible for identifying and securing top-tier talent to support our Sales, Account Management, and corporate departments. You will play a key role in shaping our workforce by managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring we attract diverse, qualified professionals who align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of candidates through social media, professional networks, and career events.
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, create accurate job descriptions, and design interview processes that identify the best candidates for our culture.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening and reference checks to extending offers and conducting onboarding programs for new hires.
Requirements
- You must be a Malaysian citizen or hold permanent residency status.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
- You should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically with a focus on hiring for Sales and Account Management roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is essential, along with experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are vital for success in this role.
- Having your own transportation is necessary, as this position requires travel as needed.
- Fluency in Mandarin and certification from the HR Certification Institute are considered significant advantages.
Location
This position is based in Malaysia and requires an on-site presence.
