The opportunity
We are a dynamic organization that has tripled in size over the last two years, and we show no signs of slowing down. To maintain this momentum, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Director to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will be responsible for designing and executing a best-in-class recruitment strategy that aligns with our mission and supports our rapid expansion. This is a high-impact role where you will build scalable operations, refine our workforce planning models, and ensure we continue to attract the top-tier talent necessary to provide exceptional patient care.
A day in the life
- You will develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy while leading our team of recruiters to ensure we meet our aggressive hiring goals.
- You will partner closely with clinical leadership and operations to identify workforce trends and proactively build pipelines through schools, healthcare associations, and community organizations.
- You will drive our employer branding efforts by managing recruitment marketing, social media outreach, and referral programs to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every candidate.
Who you are
You are a seasoned leader with a passion for building high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. You possess a strong background in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, specifically within the healthcare or home health sectors. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Healthcare Administration, with a Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within skilled nursing or healthcare settings.
- Proven success in leadership roles, particularly when managing recruitment for a large, dispersed workforce.
- Exceptional skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and communication, with a native or fluent command of English.
