What you bring

We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join us on a part-time, remote basis. This role is essential for supporting our recruitment team as we scale our operations across the country. You will work remotely, though we have a preference for candidates based in Orange County, California. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Assisting with the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates through social media and job boards.
• Managing the scheduling of interviews and maintaining accurate records within our applicant tracking system.
• Supporting the onboarding process to ensure every new hire has a seamless and positive start at our company.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. We are looking for someone with excellent Communication skills and the ability to manage their time effectively in a fast-paced setting. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling sensitive, confidential information with discretion. While a high school diploma is the minimum requirement, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, along with one to two years of relevant experience. We value candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a professional HR environment.
