The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new talent. This role involves coordinating with hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for people.
Location: Remote, preferably in Orange County, CA
Schedule: 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - Flexible)
What You Will Do:
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates via phone, social media, and other communication avenues.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring manager.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other tracking systems with candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating with HR and other departments to ensure new hires have a seamless start.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting, and other talent acquisition events.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analyzing key metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment contracts
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse - ATS)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
