We are currently looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our Specialty Provider Division as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. What you'll be doing
- You will build and maintain comprehensive lists of facilities to strengthen our talent pipeline and streamline recruitment efforts.
- You will work closely with our Business Development team to identify new opportunities and expand our professional network.
- You will manage and update facility data within our systems to ensure our recruitment searches are accurate, efficient, and well-aligned with our clinical needs.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to professional excellence. We are looking for someone who is comfortable managing multiple tasks and has a keen eye for detail. Your background should include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Experience or a strong interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Fluency in English.
