Role at a glance

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a junior-level opportunity perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to learn the ins and outs of high-functioning recruiting. You will be based in the United States and will work closely with departments like Finance, Retail, and Customer Experience to support our ambitious hiring goals.

Your impact

• Provide an exceptional experience for all candidates by managing interview schedules, travel itineraries, and hiring manager meetings.
• Maintain our applicant tracking system and job boards to ensure our open roles are accurately posted and workflows remain efficient.
• Partner with our hiring teams to lead the Customer Experience recruiting process and provide logistical support for industry recruitment events.

What you'll need

• At least one year of professional work experience and the ability to thrive in a high-speed environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and anticipate the needs of both candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to interact with people from all backgrounds.
• A detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to following established processes.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds and a passion for acting as a brand ambassador for Warby Parker.

Perks and compensation

The salary range for this position is $48,000 to $55,000 USD. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members, including:
