About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position. This junior-level role is designed for an organized individual who wants to learn the intricacies of a high-functioning recruiting process. You will work closely with our broader talent team to support hiring objectives across various departments, including Retail, Finance, and Customer Experience, while acting as a key brand ambassador for our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end scheduling of interviews, candidate travel, and hiring manager meetings to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain and update job postings across various platforms while managing workflows within our applicant tracking system.
- Partner with hiring teams to lead the recruitment process for specific departments and provide logistical support for industry recruiting events.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional work experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Suite and experience using an applicant tracking system is highly preferred.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate the needs of candidates and hiring managers.
- The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits
