We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will become a key member of a high-performing group of over 20 recruitment professionals, helping us support a growing organization of more than 1,400 employees. You will focus primarily on technology recruitment, managing the full lifecycle of hiring while building strong relationships with our internal leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the entire hiring process from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
- Utilize sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and our ATS to identify and engage top-tier technical talent, such as software engineers and product managers.
- Conduct thorough behavioral and skillset-based interviews to ensure candidates possess the necessary expertise and align with our core values of innovation, humility, and entrepreneurialism.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional recruitment experience, with a proven track record of leading full-cycle searches for in-demand technical roles.
- Strong proficiency in using ATS platforms and various sourcing tools, combined with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders by using market data to provide informed recommendations on talent and process.
