What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Indonesia. This is a strategic role where you will act as a key partner in our national recruitment program, helping us identify and attract the exceptional talent needed to scale our operations, sales, and analytics teams. You will represent one of the most recognized brands in the country while collaborating with intelligent business stakeholders to refine our staffing strategies.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies that align with our anticipated business growth and staffing requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, pipeline development, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with internal business leaders and external talent networks to ensure a steady flow of high-quality candidates.

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive communicator with a strong background in recruitment. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in an in-house corporate recruiting capacity.
- A proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for various roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship management and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruiting data, and various sourcing tools.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the adaptability to provide quick, effective solutions for human-facing business challenges.
- Fluency in English.
