What is this role?
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join us on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that requires you to work on-site at one of our offices in Newark, Los Angeles, or Sacramento, California. You will report directly to our Talent Acquisition Supervisor and play a vital part in our company's expansion by finding and onboarding the best talent.
What will you do?
- You will create and implement sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates for our entry-level positions.
- You will manage a high volume of applicants within our ATS, ensuring that every candidate has a smooth and positive experience from the first contact through their orientation.
- You will partner with our hiring managers and program leads to understand their specific needs and refine our recruitment processes to meet our organizational goals.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have 2 to 3 years of recruiting experience, with at least one year specifically focused on interviewing and assessing candidates. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, manages their time well, and communicates clearly in English. You should be comfortable using ATS software and have a solid grasp of both California and Federal hiring regulations. Because we operate in a fast-paced environment, you should be a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable commuting to the office five days a week and is open to occasional travel.
